John Denis Lives & works in San Diego, California. He has been a full-time working artist for over twenty years, exhibiting in over fifty juried art shows throughout the West Coast. Denis began as an assistant to New Orleans metal sculptor Luis Colmenares. Using a torch and simple hand tools, John fabricated a large body of work of private and public sculptures. Recently, at the New York Art Expo 2015, he introduced his signature medium: glass and acrylic.
